By HARBERT SPRINGETT and BARBARA his wife to THOMAS FLUDD and others, as in lease for a year, and SIR THOMAS HENDLEY of Cuckfield, knt., WALTER HENDLEY, esq., son and heir apparent of the said Sir Thomas, and RACHEL HENDLEY and ELIZABETH HENDLEY, two of the daughters of the said Sir Thomas, being parties of the 3rd. part - in consideration of £1200 paid by Sir Thomas Hendley to the said Harbert Springett - the premises to be held in trust for the said Walter Hendley and Rachel and Elizabeth Hendley as therein mentioned
