Between THOMAS JENNER of Warbleton, gent., and DOROTHY his wife of the 1st part, JOHN LEVETT of Nanfeild, yeoman, and MARY his wife of the 2nd part, DAVID FOSTER of Burwash, yeoman, and HENRY FOSTER, one of the sons of the said David of the 3rd. part and THOMAS FULLER of Catesfeild, yeoman, of the 4th. part, to lead the use of a Fine already levied of 2 pieces of land called Pollands containing 6 ac. and one piece called Sketerwood containing 3 ac. all in Warbleton, near Barham Doune and were lately purchased by the said David and Henry of the said Thos. Jenner

Also of a messuage called Comehouse and malthouse &c. and 18 ac. called Comelands lately purchased by Thos. Fuller of the said John Levett
