Kent, knt., and WILLIAM STRODE, esq. his son and heir apparent to DAME ELIZABETH RICHARDSON, widow, Baroness of Cramond in the kingdom of Scotland, of 16 ac. of marshland called Devenish Wish; Beddinghams (6 ac.); Weltmarsh (2 ac.); Northles, upland (16 ac.); Killchornes (1 ac.); 2 ac. in Pevensey; Pickfield marsh (6 ac.); Fourteen acres marsh (14 ac.); the croft at Sackvill Gutt (3 ac.); in the whole 66 ac. 2 r. 18 p. being parcel of the manor of Bowley in the occupation of Samuel Parker, gent

 

Also of 15 ac. of marshland part of Grovelands near Puckridge Stream; the Eight acres (10 ac.); the Nine acres and the Four acres (13 ac.); the Nine acres (9 ac.); the Seven acres and the Two acres (9 ac.); Pondfield (8 ac.); all in the occupation of Joseph Newington, gent. and parcel of the manor of Bowley and situate in the Levels of Horsey and Bowley containing together 64 ac. 1 r. 34 p
