Brother, William Weekes. Declaration, in pursuance of deed of 20 April, 1642, that brother, William Weekes, John Ellis and others should pay the rents of lands given by the deed to nephew Richard Weekes upon uses to the executors

 

To brother William Weekes lands purchased of Thomas Byne either in the name of the testator or of the said William in "the Parishes" of Bulhurst and Catsfeild. Residuary legates and executor, nephew John Elphick
