Sussex, yeoman, of the scyte of the manor or farm of Penhurst and all demesne lands &c. belonging, as in the occupation of George Luxford, and the following lands and wood ground, viz.:- Broadlands, Brunces, Cockstye crofte in Penhurst and Brightling; except lands in the occupation of Henry Stone and all lands demised by copy of Court Roll and all rents, services &c.; except also Cobly Coppice, lands in the occupation of Edward Hunt and the Stone Quarry in Edward Hunt's farm and all mines, minerals and timber &c.
