By RICHARD FRANKE of Ashborneham, gent., son of Abraham Franke late of Ashbornham decd., to ANNE FRANKE his sister, of all those lands & c called East Lands in Ashbornham containing 33 ac. bounding to lands of Richard Weekes E., lands of Thos. Cooper called Eastlandes, E. and S., the highway from Mendfield (sic) to Ashbornham, S. and W., lands of -- Iden late Wm. Relfe's, N.; which premises the said Abr. Franke gave and conveyed to the said Anne during his lifetime, but the deed could not then be found
