By JOHN PANTON of Lewes, gent., and MARY his wife to NEHEMIAH PANTON of Brightlinge, gent., and THOMAS COLLINS of Socknersh in Brightlinge, esq., of and in the manor of Catesfeild alias Catisfeild sometime called the manor of Bromeham, and all the domesne lands thereof; also of and in 40 ac. of land called the Creepe in Catesfeild; also of and in a messuage, barn and lands belonging called Frickly containing 32 ac. in Ashburnham and 36 ac. called Allens and 20 ac. called Hoads in Catesfeild; which premises were conveyed by the said John Panton and Mary to the said Nehemiah Panton and Thomas Collins by deed of 21 July, 14 Chas. I on trust for sale or otherwise for payment of the debts of the said John Panton; debts to the sum of £640, as per schedule annexed, having been paid with money raised by mortgaging the premises to George Baker of Sedlescombe, clerk
