Kent, barber, of an Annuity of £40 granted by WILLIAM Relfe late of Ashbornham, gent. decd., by deed of 25 March. 18 Jas. I, to the said John Elfrede the father, issuing out of the lands of the said Wm. Relfe in Penherst (the lands called Crepe and Janyns als Jenings and lands demised to Thomas French being excepted); the right to the Annuity having come to the said parties of the first part
