Wife, Susan - son, William. To wife for life lands in Fevensey and Westham; a messuage and garden in which he dwelt in the parishes of St Peter's and St. Mary Westput in Lewes to wife, if son William should die unmarried, and Annuity of £50 out of testator's other lands

 

To sister, Dorothy White, widow, £100. - to William Parker my sister Parker's son, £50

 

All lands to son William Lane and the heirs of his body. In default of heirs: all lands in Penhurst, co. Sussex and in Kent to William Parker

 

"I have contracted for Rebells lands in Ireland according to an Act of Parliament and I have paid a great some of money for the same", such lands to be conveyed to son William, he to pay, within 6 months to testator's cozen Thomas Kidder, £20, Richard Kidder £10, Edward Kidder £10. - To the poor of Southover and St Peter and St Mary Westout to each parish 40s

 

Son William to be residuary legates and sole executor

 

Uncle, Richard Kidder, and his son Richard Kidder, Henry Shelley esq. and cozens Mr Richard Knight and Mr Roger Coby to be overseers
