By RICHARD WEEKES of Ashbornham, yeoman, with RICHARD WEEKES son of John Weekes decd, who was brother of the said Richard, JOHN ELLIS of St. Mary in the Castle, Hastinge, yeoman, WILLIAM WEEKES of Gowdherst, co. Kent, clothworker, - for the better advancement and preferment of the said Richard Weekes his nephew - to stand seised of his messuage called Agmoneherst and all buildings and lands belonging, a tenement and lands called Crowchers; a messuage &c. and lands called Costome, Allands Wood and Allands feild; a messuage and lands called Milland; a barn and lands called Wenners; lands called Burgland; all in Ashburnham, Nendfeild and Cattesfeild, containing together 170 ac. To the use of the said Richard Weekes party to the deed for life with remainder to the said Richard Weekes his nephew in fee. Reserving Power of revocation
