Sussex, esq. decd., to SIR RICHARD LUMLEY, kt., Lord VISCOUNT LUMLEY - for £100 - to convey by Fine to the said Viscount Lumley a stable and the buildings and a garden plot adjoining in the parish of the Pallant, Chichester, theretofore in the occupation of one Dunstall als Tunstall, and were several messuages converted into one stable &c. adjoining the garden of Mr Smith and Mistres Peacocke, W. and the garden of William Fowell, gent., S. and certain gardens, E. adjoining to the East Pallant and unto a wall, N. appertaining to the said garden and other gardens, which wall extends to the said stable Signature, Lumley, and blank seal |
