By ANN RELFE of Husrtperpoint, widow of William Relfe late of Ashbornham, gent., to JOHN ASHBORNHAM, esq., of an Annuity of £30 issuing out of her one third part of the manor of Sandore and Sutton and Sandore Sutton in Seaford, Sutton, Bedingham and Bletchington during the life of Ann Swale, wife of Christopher Swale of Hurstperpoint; the first payment to be made on the attainment by Ann Relfe, daughter of the said Ann, of 16 years of age. Proviso for payment by the said John Ashbornham of £20 part of the said £30 during the life of the said Ann Relfe the mother to Ann Relfe the daughter, if the said Ann the daughter should permit the said John Ashbornham to have quiet enjoyment of the manor of Ashbornham and other premises of the said Ann the daughter descended from her father

Also a further proviso for defeazance of the Grant if at any time during the minority of the said Ann the said manors and other premises should by Act of Parliament or Common Recovery be conveyed to the said John Ashbornham
