By JOHN RELFE of Ashbornham, gent., to JOHN GYLES of Nendfeild, clerk, and BENJAMIN SCARLETT of Eastbourne, gent., of the Ironwork Fornace called Dallington Fornace with all workeman's houses, workehouses, gardens, fludgates, ponds &c. as also of the cinderplaces belonging abutting on the Fludgate river there and also the Cole places and Mine places then rayled and payled in near the said Fornace, which said ironworks, workhouses &c. abut to the River running from the Fludgate of the Forge, E., a little brooke of the said John Relfe which is at the lower side of the cinder heape and to the rayles and payles of the Cole place, S. and to the Barne and hedge of other lands of the said John Relfe at the outside of the Cole Place and Cinder place, W. and to the one side of the Myne place and to the cinder places, N
