Southants, esq., to CHRISTOPHER SWALE and GEORGE SWALE his eldest son and heir apparent - for £520 - of lands called Broomers, the South Heath, the Salt Slipp, the fresh Slipp. Tedworths, Woodcroft, the Grove, the Williams, the Wicke - house with the lane adjoining containing in all 67 ac. in the parish of Northmundham, co. Sussex, which were demised by Henry, Earl of Arundel, Sir John Lumley, kt., late Lord Lumley, and Lady Jane his wife the daughter of the said Earl, - all deceased - to William Browne late of Weeke in Northmundham, yeoman decd., for 10,000 years immediately after the death of Ann, Lady Matrevers, Countess Dowager of Arundel and Surrey late decd., which term of years had become vested in the said John Ashbornham for the residue unexpired of the said term, With a Proviso in the for the defeazance of the Assignment as therein mentioned Signatures, Chr.
