By SIR THOMAS PELHAM of Laughton, bart., to CHRISTOPHER SWALE of Hurstperpoint, doctor in divinity, and ROBERT WHITPAINE of the same place - in consideration of £40 paid by Ann Relfe the relict of William Relfe - of the custody of Ann Relfe the daughter and heir of the said William Relfe, and lease until the said Ann should attain the age of 16 years of the manor of Ashbornham and lands called Dynes, Minepitt field, the Vicarage field, the two Crabtree feilds, Pittance Wood, Great Perryfeild, the Little Brooke, the Lower Poule bay brooke, the Parke, the Little Coppice, and lands called Waters farm and other lands, which were held by William Relfe of the said Sir Thos. Pelham as of his Honor and Castle of Hastings by knight's service. Rent 1d
