By THOMAS FOSTER of Battell, gent., to WILLIAM RELFE of Ashburnham, gent., and RICHARD RELFE of the same, gent., sons and executors of William Relfe late of Ashburnham, gent. decd., of a messuage, barn, &c. and 140 ac. of land called Crepe and Gennins alias Gennings in Penherst, which were mortgaged to the said Thomas Foster and Elizabeth Wattell, 4 May, 11 Chas. I, the mortgage money having been paid and Elizabeth Wattell having since died. The conveyance being conditional upon payment to the said Thos. Foster of £681 on 4 June then next ensuing
