By WILLIAM RELFE, gent., senr., with WILLIAM RELFE, 2nd son of the said William, and RICHARD RELFE, 3rd. son, to stand seised of a messuage, lands &c. called Creepe and Jennings containing 200 ac. in the occupation of the said Wm. Relfe senr., John Relfe, gent., his eldest son, James Petter and William Gayne, and 40 ac. in Dollington called Panninge redge furnace and Dollington furnice pond, in the occupation of the said Wm. Relfe senr., To the use of the said Wm. Relfe senr. for his life and then to the use of William Relfe the son and Richard Relfe for ever. Reserving power of revocation
