By WILLIAM RELFE of Ashborneham, gent., with RICHARD RELFE, one of the sons of the said William, to stand seised, to the use of him the said William for life and then of the said Richard, of a messuage, barn, buildings and 330 ac. of land &c. in Brightling, Dallington, and Penherst, bounding as follows:- the messuage 7c. and lands called Willasd, Saintridge, Messings alias Nysings and Griggs, Begland and Gifford, to the highway from Netherfeild to Dallington, N., land of Sir Thomas Baker called Pannyngredge and Haselden, S. and W., glebe lands of the person (sic) of Penherst, S. and E. and lands of John Creasie and Edward Bromefeild, esq., and land of the heirs of Michael Hawkins, E.; lands called Cobly lying to the highway from Netherfeild to Dallington, S., lands of Edward Bromefeild, esq., also called Cobly, W., the copyhold of the heirs of M. Hawkins, N. and Richard Glydd, E
