By THOMAS LORD of Milton near Gravesend, co. Kent, esq., and EMANUELL FINCHE of Ratcliffe, co. Middlesex, gent., to RICHARD ALFRAY of Cattesfeild, co. Sussex, esq., of the Forge or Ironworke in Cattesfeild in the tenure of the said Richard Alfray and all ponds &c. coal places, sinderplaces, workhouses, voyd places &c. belonging to the said forge or ironwork

 

Also the ponds or pooles called the Decoy ponds and pooles and 12 ac. of woodland called Reedswood in Cattesfeild; 14 ac. called Millers; Southwoods and 2 crofts adjoining one called Pipers croft and the other Southwood croft containing 32 ac.; a parcel of pasture ground adjoining Reedwood called Reedwood wishe; all in Cattesfeild in the occupation of the said Richard Alfray. Term, 40 years; rent £100
