By EDWARD BROMEFEILD, esq., Alderman of the City of London, and MARGARET his wife, JOHN BROMEFEILD, son and heir apparent of the said E.B., and JOYCE his wife and THOMAS WILLIAMS, citizen and leather seller of London, and ANN his wife to WILLIAM WIMBLE of Dallington co. Sussex, yeoman, and RICHARD APSE of Speldhurst, co. Kent, yeoman, and JAMES WIMBLE of Warbleton, founder, - for £570 - of a messuage or tenement called Woolseyes and 100 ac. of land called Woolseyes, Cowlands, Stonelands, Netherbins and Muncke Stumbletts and a parcel of Roughland, parcel of a wood called Pittance Wood in Ashborneham and Cattesfeild, lying and bounding as follows

 

Woolseyes (27 ac.) and Cowlands (22 ac.) and the Roughlands (7 ac.) lying together to lands called Staconden of Thos. Brooke, esq., in the occupation of John Goodwyn, E. and S. and a field called Pittance field, N., W. and S. and to a part of Pittance Wood in the occupation of John Burkham, W. and the River or watercourse from Penherst Mill to Ashbornham, W. and N. and to the Stone quarry and lands of Thos. Viger alias Waight, N. and E

 

Netherbins (10 ac.) in the occupation of Joh Baker, to lane from Stephens Crouch to Pittance field, N. and W., to the said lands of the heirs of Thomas Brooke, W. Richard Weekes, E. and S
