A messuage, barn and buildings in Ashburnham and 230 ac. of land called the Lodge, the Lodge land, New Parke alias Burts in the lodge, Great Buckholt feild and Jarvis, all in the occupation of George Littleboy, gent., 32 ac. of land called the Cancut and the Stocks Crosse and Little Buckholt feilds in the occupation of Lawrence Slater

 

A parcel of rough ground and 3 parcels called the Forgefeild and one piece of low ground near the Upper Forge in the occupation of Richard Bray containing 17 ac

 

A messuage and buildings and 3½ ac. in the occupation of Thomas Luxford. Penhurst Brook (6ac.) in the occupation of George Littleboy

 

Messuage, barn and 120 ac of land, pasture &c. in the occupation of Thomas Jones called Hevenaries land als Hovers Knolle, Ramslade, Morgine als Morgines, Hodsfeild als Hodsfeild and Reed wood

 

The iron works or forge called the Upper Forge and pond adjoining called the Upper Forge pond and the workmen's house near the same and all coleplaces, sinder places and wast grounds belonging containing 8½ ac. in the occupation of George Littleboy

 

A barn and 80 ac. in the occupation of Thomas Luxford

 

A messuage and barn and 30 ac called Salters and Jarvis in the occupation of Thomas Aynet

 

The iron works or furnace called Dallington Furnace, with the ponds, water baies, sinder places and coleplaces in the occupation of the said William Ralfe

 

All the said premises being in Ashburnham, Penherst and Dallington and bounded as follows:- to the highway from Hoodscorner (sic) to Ashburnham mill and to a messuage and a small piece of land of Simon Bray, W.; land of the said Simon Bray called Little Edwards and other lands of Sir John called the Great Edwards and so down from Great Edwards to a new ditch and so to a gill running into the river or watercourse against Penherst Brooke and to the river or watercourse from the Upper Forge to Ashburnham Mill, W. and S.; and to another river or watercourse from Penherst Mill to Ashburnham Mill, S.; and to a watercourse from lands of Sir Edward Michelborne, kt., decd. called Levetts unto lands called Perrylands and lands late of Sir Edw. Michelborne, E.; and a lane called Allone lane from Penherst to Reed wood, N.; and other lands of the said Sir Edw. Michelborne, E. and N.; and a lane from Collingham to a place where sometime was a furnace called Panningridge furnace, N. and to woodlands of Tobias Ferroll and other lands which he lately purchased of Sir John Ashburnham and to lands of Thomas Ashburnham, gent., N.& W

 

Also sale of 40 ac. of land &c. called Potkins in the occupation of Geo. Littleboy in Ashburnham, bounding to the highway from Hoods Corner to Ashburnham Mill, E., the highway from Puckney Cross into the said way from Hoods Corner to Ashburnham Mill and land of John Avery, S. and W.; lands of said John Avery and Thomas Sheather als Stace, W. and N. and lands of the said Thomas Sheather and Priors Crofts, N. and E
