Between THOMAS WATERS of Cattesfeld, gent., and JOHN ANESTON and WILLIAM ANESTON, his son and heir, of Cattesfeld, yeoman, for delivery by the said Thomas to John and William of all the ... wrytings of three parcells of land in Ho called Muspis, Chapmans and Five Acres of brookeland late the lands of Goddard Aneston and two parcels of Upland called Tylton and Worth land in Cattesfeld, the will of William Aneston late of Cattesfeld only excepted - Also to keep inclosed two parcels of copse containing 10 ac. from the time the wood thereon be coled shall be carried until three years growth and that there shall be kept in yt but calves during those years

 

The said Thomas to deliver to John and William possession of Tylton house in Cattesfeld immediately after the decease of Margarett his wife

 

If any of the copse wood fenced and enclosed be sold during the time of the said John and William - agreed to be then at 16 years growth - the money to be divided according to the time of ownership

 

The writings to be delivered as above to be kept from the sight of Richard Iden late of Nenfeild, but to be produced at request of the said Thomas

 

Thomas to be permitted to have a crop of corn on any land that he should marle notwithstanding that his wife should die before it be sown and to sow his valewes which he should make in her lifetime
