Description:

Between JOHN CHILLI and WILLIAM BRIKEDENE of Asshbornhamme, concerning an exchange of lands in the said parish, one piece thereof being called Bordland, John gave to the said William with 1 silver mark in money. The other piece being a meadow which the said William gave to John and Agnes his wife with a way to the same and 6d. yearly rent from a meadow called Bechewissh. If there should be any disturbance in the possession of the land of Bordland or if it should be seized into the lord's hand as nief land so that the said William could not hold it freely, it should be lawful for him to re-enter on the said meadow, way and rent and have his present estate therein

 

Also the said William granted to the said John & Agnes the right to enter and distrain upon his tenement of Brikedene for the 3s. 4d. which they paid William for the land of Bordland
