By JOHN MARTYN of Asshburnham to JOHN MELWARD of the same place, of a tenement containing 9 ac. with house, garden &c. called Tottelond and Broklond for 16 years. Proviso that if the said John Martyn shall lack straw or reed for thatching the said house to the said tenement, the said John Meleward is held to do one "daywerks" yearly. And the said Melward shall have "medio tempore heybote and soghelys" by delivery of the said Martyn. Seal. no witnesses
