By JOHN ANESTON, elder brother and heir of WILLIAM ANESTON late of Tylton in Cattisfeild, yeoman, decd., upon and to the lands and tenements late of the said William Aneston in Cattisfielde and Hoo, which by his last Will dated 12 March, 1594 he devised to Margaret his wife for life and then to William Aneston, son of Thomas Aneston his brother, in tail: Upon condition that the said Thomas Aneston his brother should convey to William Aneston, son of John Aneston his brother, all his lands &c. in Brightlinge; failing which the said Thos. Aneston should be excluded from his said bequest. The said Thomas had refused to make such conveyance Witnesses to the entry and claim:- John Elficke, Robert Beard, Alen Boxfold (mk.), Richard Aneston (mk), Thomas Hart, John Nowen (mk), Richard Kingeswell (mk) |
