By THOMAS FARNEFOULD of Steaninge, gent., with RICHARD FARNEFOULD of Gatewicke in Steaninge, esq., - in consideration of a marriage already had between the said Thos. Farnefould and Anne, daughter of the said Richard - of the following manors, lands &c. viz

 

The manor of Testers in Steninge and all lands &c. belonging

 

(A parcel of the Upper Northovers containing 5 ac, being parcel of the manor of Wickham in Steaninge, bounding to Michael Slater's land, N., Picknell's land, E., 3 fields occupied by (blank), W. and a house lately built by Mr William Farnefould of Nash, S., with a sufficient way thereto)

 

The last clause struck out in deed

 

A messuage, lands &c. in Ashurst, co. Sussex, called the Upper Woolyes

 

Lands &c. in Steaninge which the said Wm. Farnefould (sic) lately purchased of Thomas Dunstall and John Ludbyter

 

A messuage or tenement called the Whitehorse in the town of Steaninge late purchased of John Standred, in the occupation of John Davenporte, with all barnes, buildings & c belonging thereto

 

All royalties, rents, services &c. arising out of the manor of Wickham excepted and foreprised
