Sussex, knt., and RICHARD DUNKE and LAUNCELOTTE DAVIS both of Whatlington, yeoman, for the conveyance by Sir Edward to the said Richard and Launcelotte - for £980 - of the manor of Fearne and lands, tenements & c in Whatlington called Cowland and all other lands & c of the said Sir Edward in Mountfield and Whatlington.
