By JOHN ASHBORNHAM of Ashbornham, esq., to THOMAS ALFRAYE of Cattesfield, gent., in £300 for right to convey, quiet enjoyment, free from incumbrances and further assurance of 28 ac. of land in Cattesfield called Bredgers, Colwyshe and the Myll ponde with ¼ ac. adjoining at Kingsfield bridge; also Somerleys wyshe containing 1½ ac., all which were conveyed to the said Thos Alfraye by deed of even date
