Also of and in a messuage or tenement in Cattesfield called Clements and Southeponde containing 11 ac. and also of and in all lands, tenements &c. which the said W.W. and T.W. or one of them acquired of William Bankes of Crowherst. Also of and in all that "molendino ferrario" anglice called an Iron Fordge or Iron Myll, with buildings offices, ponds & c in and upon the premise called Clements and Southeponde
