Also a messuage called Welles and all the lands &c. thereto belonging in Hoo

 

Also lands &c. called Syaleyes in Hawkehurst, co. Kent, upon the dennes of Sysley and Hockredge and all other lands which the said Richard late purchased of the said Edward. Term, 60 years
