By JOHN YELDING of Hasting, gent., to JOHN ASHEBORNEHAM, esq., - for £600 - of the manor of Cattisfield, with all its rights, members &c. and the Advowson and patronage of Cattisfield church and 18 ac. of land in Cattisfield, 12 ac. thereof being called Twisley, 2 ac. lying to Great Sprotts, W. and 4 ac. in South woodds in 2 parts; 4 ac. in two parts in Somerlease and 2 ac. near a pond called Pyppringhye; which premises the said John Yelding lately purchased of John Bolney, esq., and John Jefferaye, gent. by died dated 20 April, 5 Eliz. Reserving to the said John Yelding 2 ac. in Prest Woodde alias Southwood lying to Smythes land, E. and 2 ac. lying to Pyppringhye pond and to Whitham wood, W. and also 2 ac. lying to land called Woodwell, W. and 2d rent issuing out of land called the Meyn garden.
