Deed between WILLIAM COWPER junr. of Ashburnham, husbondman, son and heir apparent of William Cowper senr. of Penherst, and JOHN ASHBORNHAM of Ashbornham, esq., and RICHARD SKYMORE, of the Middle Temple, London, gent., to lead the use of a Fine to be levied and acknowledged to the said J.A. and R.S. of the reversion or remainder of the said Wm. Cowper the son expectant on the death of the said Wm. Cowper the father and Joan his wife, of and in lands called Stonelepe, Gymmings land, Brunces and Bromefelde in Penherst.
