Also of a messuage, barn, garden, orchard, 30 ac. land, 20 ac. meadow, 20 ac. pasture, 10 ac. wood and 14 ac. marsh in Battle and Pevynsey

 

Thomas remits the scite and tenements to hold to the Viscount Mountague for ever. For this remission the said Viscount and Magdalen grant to the said Thomas the said scite and tenements, except wood and underwood and a pond called Barnehorne pond, to hold for 19 years; rent to the Viscount and Magdalen, £32
