By HENRY DOSSETT and JOHN TREPE of Hoo, husbandmen, at the instance of RICHARD PARKER of Hoo, to JOHN ELVERYE of Hoo, yeoman, of lands, tenements, &c. called Goodwyns in Hoo, lying to the king's street between Nendfeld and Pevensey, W., the tenant way and lands of the manor of Hoo, S. & W., lands of the rector of Hoo, N. and the churchyard of Hoo, E.; containing 11 acres. Also lands and tenements called Parkers broke in Hoo, lying to Wallershaven, N. and W., land of John Stockbridge, E., lands called Kitchinham, W. and another watercourse called the waterlode, S. containing 13 acres.; which premises the said Henry Dossett and John Trepe in Michs. term, 6 & 7 Eliz. had by grant of Edward Durrant, John Durrant, John Parker and the said Richard Parker by Fines levied and acknowledged. 3 seals Witnesses to deed and livery of seisin:- John Gylmore, vicar of Hoo, Mathewe Monke, John Stockbridge, Thos.
