By JOHN CRYER (Predicator) of Hasting' to Thomas de la H .. (parchment torn) of and in all the lands which Thomas le Marlere sold to him together with the charters by which Robert de Ramesbeme enfeoffed the said Thomas le Marlere and the said Thomas enfeoffed him (John), which land estimated for 9 acres lay in Nimenefeud in length and breadth as in the said old charters, rendering yearly to Gilbert de la Hurste the rent due and accustomed according to the said charters
