By ALAN MARTYN to SIMON MARTYN, his brother, and ISABEL his wife, of 3 parcels of land conatining 12 ac. called Bergeland lying together in Nenfeld, viz.- to the highway from Boreham to Batell, W., land of John Jarvys, E. and S. and William Assheborneham, esq., called Leeds, N.; which premises the said Alan had by demise of Stephen Couper one of the feoffees of Alan Martyn his father, with othere lands and tenements, by charter dated 10 May, 10 Hen.VIII

Also grant of 3s. 4d. yearly rent issuing out of 3 parcels of land in Cattisfeld late in the tenure of John Motkyne and Agnes his wife, one parcel called Peryers, and another the Doune, lying together to the highway from Battle to Ashburnham Mill, S., land of John Elys, late Wm. Byrchett, N. & W. and land called Cornercrofthe alias Longecrofthe, E.; the 3rd parcel called Somescrofthe, lying to the said Highway, N., land called the Doune, S. and Stoneland, E. Seal
