By THOMAS ROOPER of Kensington, co. Middlesex, esq., by direction of JOHN, LORD ASHBURNHAM, and with the consent of RICHARD BAYLY and CHARLES TOLL (surviving executors of Wm. Ashburnham) to Sir THOMAS FOWLE of London, knt. WILLIAM BALL of St James', Westminster, esq., of the reversion in a messuage called the Lodge and all buildings, lands &c. belonging in Ashburnham, containing 300 ac., expectant upon a term of 500 years for which the premises (with other lands &c.) were granted by Abraham Ticehurst and Nichs. Blewit to Dorothy Seymour, one of the daughters of Sir Edw. Seymour late of Berry Pomrroy, co. Devon, bart., by deed of 16 Feb., 1668. To hold the premises to the use of the said Lord Ashburnham for 80 years if he should so long live, with remainders successively to Wm. Ashburnham, eldest son, and John Ashburnham in tail male
