By JOHN PLUMMER of Nendfield, by direction of JOHN, LORD ASHBURNHAM, to RICHARD BAYLY and CHARLES TOLL of the follwing messuages, lands &c. viz A messuage or tenement wherin Richard Mugridge lately dwelt with a close, garden and piece of land in Penhurst containing 1 ac., as in deed of 21 Aug., 1677 Several pieces of land called Eastland or Burridge lands, 33 ac., as in deed of 21 Aug., 1678, in Ashburnham and Nendfield All that messuage called Comehouse, with malthouse, barn, buildings & c and 5 pieces of land called Come Lands, 18½ ac., in Nendfield, as in deed of 21 Aug., 1678 The South moiety of Founders Wood in Dallington, 11 ac., as in deed of the same date A messuage, barn, close &c. called Capenor als Capes Moores, 24 ac Signatures, Ashburnham, and John Plummer, and seals |
