By JOHN PLUMMER of Ashburnham, gent, concerning a conveyance dated 21 Aug., 1678 by John Fuller of Nendfeild, yeoman to the said John Plummer - for £186. 1. 6. of lands called Eastlands or Burridge lands containing 33 ac. in Ashburnham and Nendfeild and another conveyance of the same date and made between the same parties - for £280 - of a messuage called Comehouse and the malthouse, barn and 5 pieces of land called Comelands containing 18½ ac. in Nendfeild, the messuage and 3 pieces of land containing 13 ac. bounding to the High Street from Fishers Green to Ashburnham mill, W., to land late of the heirs of Nichs. Elson and John Atkin, E., lands of Thos. Squire, S. and land of the heirs of Jeremy Breame, gent., and Richard Weeks, N.; the other 2 pieces bounding to the High Street, E., lands of the heirs of Sir Wm. Springett called Comewood, S. and W. and land of John Common, N. It was declared that the sums of money were William Ashburnham's and that the said John Plummer was a trustee for him
