By Sir THOMAS DYKE of Horeham in Waldron, bart., by the appointment of JOHN ASHBURNHAM of Ashburnham, esq., to RICHARD BAYLY of Grays Inn, Middlesex, esq., JOHN LAWRENCE of Westminster, esq., and CHARLES TOLL of the same place, esq., of theestate of the said Sir Thos. Dyke in a moiety of the Furnace called Dallington Furnace and the moiety of the Upper Forge and lands about and near the said Furnace and Forge, which John Gyles, clerk, and Benjamin Scarlett, gent.both decd, purchased of John Ralfe, gent., in Ashburnham, Dallington and Penhurst - In trust for the devisee of the lands of Wm. Ashburnham, esq. decd., uncle of the said John Ashburnham
