By the Hon. WILLIAM ASHBURNHAM to THOMAS ASHBURNHAM of Bassocks in Ashburnham, gent., and KATHERINE his wife - in consideration of a Surrender by the said Thos. and Katherine to the use of John Plummer, gent., and Robert Lattenden yeoman in trust for the said Wm. Ashburnham of a messuage and lands containing 40 ac. in Ashburnham, parcel of the manor of Ashburnham - of 67 ac. of marshlands called Greene Lands in Manxey Level in Pevensey for 500 years for securing to the said Thos. Ashburnham and Katherine and the survivor of them an annuity of £20, and on the death of the survivor the payment of a sum of £200 to the child or children of the said Thomas, subject to a rent charge of £30 to Thos. Rooper, John Purfeild and John Plummer under a deed of 23 May, 30 Chas. II
