By Sir WILLIAM MORE of Lozeley, co. Surrey, bart., to WILLIAM ASHBURNHAM, esq., Cofferer of the King's Household, of a messuage or tenement, barn, buildings, lands &c. called Tylton als Great Tylton in Catesfeild, containing 65 ac. lying to lands parcel of the demesnes of the manor of Hoo called Hurstwood and lands sometime of Richard Abrooke called Goulding, W., lands sometime of Thos. Alfray, gent., called ye Red and Woodwell, S., lands called Northland therein after mentioned and the highway from Battell to Nendfeild and lands called Eastlands, N. Also all those coppices or woodlands belonging in Catsefeild containing 27 ac

 

Also 14 ac. called Northland in Catisfeild lying to lands of Catesfeild Rectory called Longland and the Brent, E. and S., to the premises called Tylton, S. and W., lands sometime of James Aneston called Hyefeild, S., lands called Somerlesse, N. and lands called Twystley, N. and E

 

2 parcels of land called Chapmans, 22 ac., in Hoo, one parcel thereof being arable lying to lands sometime of Robert Elfreth, E., the Common Sewer or watercourse, S., lands sometime of Robt. Elfreth, W. and a lane leading to the marshlands called Chapmans and lands sometime of Wm. A Crouch, N; the other parcel being marshland lying to the said sewer or watercourse, E., the said lane leading to lands of Wm. A Crouch, S., a watercourse called Wallers Haven, W. and lands called Morespyches afterwards mentioned, N

 

16 ac. in Hoo called Morespyches, 8 ac. thereof lying to the lands called Chapmans, S. and W., to the wall of Morespyches, N. and the waterlott, E

 

5 ac. of marshlands called Engrames in Hoo, lying to demesne lands of the manor of Hoo, S. and E., to lands sometime of Geo. Porter called the Salts, E. and W. and to the tenant way leading between Hoo and Pevensey, N

 

And all woods, lands &c. conveyed by Harbert Springett, esq. and Barbara his wife to Thos. Flud, Hen. Shelley, John Henley and Ralph Beard by Lease and Release dated 20 and 23 April, 1653 and by Fine in Easter term, the same year or which were named in a Lease dated 21 Aug., 17 Chas. II by the said Sir Wm. More Thomas Bunce of Catesfeild, yeoman
