Surrey, gent., and HENRY LUXFORD of Nendfeild gent., - for £1000 paid and £1000 to be secured - of All that the manor of Catesfeild and that capital messuage or Manor house called Potmans in Catesfeild and all outhouses, barns, & c

 

All that pond called the Decoy Pond and all waters &c. and lands &c. called Reedwood, Millers, Southwood, Pyperscroft, Southwoodcroft ..... Gillets, Batisfreed als Batisreed, Mawsons, Tiltons wish, Clements, Highfield, the Quarnes, Francis Land, Francis Coppice, containing 240 ac. in Catesfeild and Nendfeild

 

Also the Advowson of the parish church of Catesfeild and one third part of the manor of Bromeham
