Messuage and 70a called Wilmotts, Graylings, Craylings and Hobbs otherwise Holts, piece of land called an Inholme, barn and land called Northlands, Perrifield and Perryfield Mead, and the yearly crop of half an acre of MRW's land; all in Clayton, occupied by Thomas Howell and William Pockney, once the estate of MRW's grandfather Richard Webb, who purchased from Samuel Brewer and Goddard Newington [in 1671 - see AMS 1305]
