Recites: will of Samuel Wickens of Rotherfield, gent, charging the lands bequeathed to his son Thomas Wickens with a legacy of £500 to the children of his grand-daughter Grace Noakes, with remainder for the benefit of his daughter Sarah Rose, 4 Jan 1839; death of Samuel Wickens, 4 Oct 1839; probate in PCC by Donald Barclay, 31 Mar 1843; death of Grace Noakes under 21 without issue; death of Sarah Rose, leaving OAR her only issue, 27 Dec 1851; majority of AOR, 28 Feb 1864; agreement with Thomas Wickens that the legacy of £500 should remain as a charge on the estate; settlement of 2 on the marriage of AOR and Emma Rose, Fredward Rose and Charles Bull trustees, 9 Mar 1864
