Messuage, kitchen, outhouses and barn (now converted into several dwellings) with adjoining closes, gardens and orchards, occupied by William Levett, John Lathams, John Venn, Robert Foster, Widow Marshall and William Winter, at the west end of the town of Mayfield (E, N: road; E: barn and garden of Stephen Parker, gent, late Abraham Stollyon, gent; S: lands of TH, late John Newnham; W: messuage and backside of Robert Foster, late Edward Bushnell)

 

For MP for life, remainder in fourth parts to (1) TP, (2) JP, (3) SW and MW for their lives with remainder to her only son Thomas Chamberlyn by her former husband
