As to one moiety for TM and SM for their lives, remainder to their daughter Ann Manser, remainder to their son Nicholas Manser on his payment of £200 to his sister; as to the other moiety to the use of Ann Manser, remainder to Nicholas Manser on his payment of a further £200 to his sister within six months of her 24th birthday
