1 Piece of marshland called Claregge (9a) in Hooe Marsh in Hooe, occupied by EL (N: Battle - Pevensey road; S, W: haven or watercourse running from Boreham Bridge into the sea; N: lands of William Russell, kt, in the right of his wife; E: lands formerly Anthony Reeve, gent), the moiety of which was purchased by EL's father Richard Luck from Ann Burton

 

2 Two messuages, buildings, 7a plain land and 22a woodland in Wadhurst, occupied by James Bellingham and Stephen Newnham (E: lands of John Groombridge; S: road leading from a pit or pond and to a house formerly called the White Horse; W: lands of John Saunders, formerly his father Nicholas Saunders; N: a wood called Little Newberries and Great Newberries and to a way from Stritland to The Stonehouse)

 

3 Bakehouse Croft (3a) in Wadhurst, occupied by EL (E: lands of William Barham, gent, before David Barham, gent; S: Snape Lane; W: lands of Gregory Markewick; N: lands of William Benge), which EL's father Richard Luck purchased from John Tharpe and his wife Ann

 

Lease of part of the above to James Bellingham for 11 years from 29 Sep 1680 at £5, 20 Jan 1681; EL covenants to bequeath £100 to EW as jointure, and her father JW covenants to bequeath £100 to EW after the death of his wife Mary Wells
