1 Two messuages, two gardens, two orchards and six pieces of land (44a) in Hellingly called Maynards (divided by a hedge), Marlynges, Longefeldes, Frelinghames, The Knowell and Grene Crofte

 

2 All the lands and tenements which WD and his father Thomas Dewenysshe lately purchased from James Busbredge, and all WD's other land in Hellingly, occupied by William Howell

 

The dower of WD's wife Cecile and a lease to William Howell excepted from the warranty; WD and Cecile to levy a fine; JH to maintain the hedges and enclosures between WD's woods and Maynards, to be reduced to half should WD sell the woods
