2 Messuage, bar, garden and two pieces of land called Terryes Fields (3a) near Wadhurst Town in Wadhurst, occupied by RF

 

1 in trust for FE and his wife Elizabeth for life, remainder to their daughter Jane Eaton; 2 in trust to secure a mortgage by RF to WB for £94 10s, remainder as RF shall appoint by will or deed
